Monday (August 10, 2026) at 5:00 p.m. ET, Hims & Hers holds its Q2 2026 earnings call, and there's a Kalshi mention market on it, and we wanted to share some of our thoughts and notes on some of the words in advance of today’s call.
The Eucalyptus acquisition closed June 2, making Monday the first full-quarter report of the company's largest deal.
The FTC, joined by Utah and California, sued Hims on July 29 over subscription and privacy practices, and the company said the same day that it would “vigorously defend” itself.
An FDA advisory committee backed six compounded peptides on July 23–24, against the FDA’s own staff scientists, and Hims published a response within a day.
Q2 is the first full quarter of the branded Wegovy relationship announced in March.
On August 6 the company launched a rebuilt Hers app and a free smart scale. Their stock climbed following this (up 6.5% Friday to $31.59).
Note: Prices are from Monday, August 10, at about 1:45 p.m. ET.

First, five words sit at 90¢ or higher, and are near locks.
Peptide (97¢) has been said on all six calls in the current format, and sixteen times last May. On that call Dudum said the company expected “in end of July to get more of an understanding” about which peptides “possibly could be moving to Category 1” (May call), which is the FDA list that decides what pharmacies may legally compound. The panel met July 23–24 and backed six of seven, so they are likely to report back on it.
Eucalyptus (97¢) was said fifteen times on the February announcement call and five times in May. Monday is the first report with a full quarter of it in the numbers. Seems pretty likely.
Testosterone (96¢) has also been said on all six recent calls (in the current format), and the count is trending up (3, 7, 3, 9, 10, 13). It’s a named product category (Testosterone Rx+ launched April 30), and three different executives have said it, so it doesn’t depend on any one person being on the call. And last quarter's prepared remarks spent a full paragraph on it.
Canada (95¢) has hit four straight calls, though the mentions now come almost entirely from country lists in the script, such as “across Australia, the U.K., Germany, Japan, and Canada.” Counts are declining (6, 4, 3, 2). No analyst has asked about it since August 2025, and when management reports how the business actually did it names Livewell, the Canadian operation, rather than the country. Fair pricing, with a little more downside than four-for-four suggests.
Wegovy (90¢) also gets its first full quarter of branded revenue today. On May's call it was said seven times, and every one was a product name inside a financial sentence, i.e., “we have fulfilled more than 125,000 shipments for Wegovy products” and the CFO’s “the Wegovy Pill and Wegovy Pen.”
Five of the seven were in prepared remarks and four came from the CFO, who gives that revenue walk every quarter. The two recent zeros carry little signal: the February 2026 call came before the March agreement, and the August 2025 call was the quarter the first Novo relationship collapsed, when that call avoided every Novo-related word.
Then we start to get into where we think there might be some mispricings.
